Return Process

  Contact our support team with your order number and reason for return to receive an RMA authorization and return shipping instructions.

  Package Your Gear

  Securely pack the items in their original packaging, ensuring all components and hardware are included to prevent damage during transit.

  Ship It Back

  Affix the provided shipping label to your package and drop it off at the designated carrier location; please retain your tracking receipt for confirmation.

• 4.
  Inspection and Refund

  Once our warehouse team inspects the returned equipment for quality assurance, we will process your refund to the original payment method within 5-7 business days.
